PATINAS WITH DECAPE EFFECT (SHABBY LOOK)
These are special solutions available both in water and solvent versions, particularly suitable for the realization of cycles with “decapè effect”, with excellent sand-ability, color coverage, resistant to overpainting (they have a “not bleeding” finish), and anti-yellowing properties.

RANGE OF COLORS
The basic range of patinas consists of 5 colored patinas.
Nevertheless, with our clear vehicle and through our “SHADES” series formulated with light-resistant micro-pigments it is possible to create an unlimited range of colors, water-based or solvent-based.

APPLICATION
Spray on solid wood or wood veneer with marked pores, treated with a clear or pigmented base coat, or on top of a pigmented finishing used as the background color.
When the primer is dry, then apply the patina and after about 30-60 minutes (at 25 °C and in a enough ventilated room) proceed with the removal of the patina with scotch brite.
Right after, fix everything with a clear acrylic (if non-yellowing finishing is required), or nitro or polyurethane paint topcoat.
